立院朝野協商 吳思華曾提辭職

（中央社記者戴雅真、曾盈瑜台北4日電）立法院朝野今天達成協商結論，建議104年度教科書由各學校自由選擇。據與會人士表示，教育部長吳思華協商時曾提到要辭職，但立委認為辭職解決不了問題。

反課綱學生訴求立法院開臨時會，立法院上午舉行談話會，通過朝野協商結論，各黨團同意建議教育部依「高級中等教育法」第43條規定，立即啟動「高級中等以下學校課程審議會」進行課綱檢討；104學年度教科書由各學校自由選擇。

據轉述，吳思華一到協商現場，立委就質疑他「現在這個狀況要怎麼解決？」吳思華說，「我早上想到最好的解決方法就是我辭職」。不過與會立委認為這樣無法解決問題，還是要提出給學生的解決方案。

台灣團結聯盟總召賴振昌受訪表示，學生訴求撤銷、暫緩課綱，吳思華無法接受，因此討論決定不要有「暫緩」這種字眼，但有「實質」，因此建議教育部依「高級中等教育法」進行課綱檢討。

賴振昌說，過去課綱沒有依據高級中等教育法，現在要重新依據法律程序、規範檢討，對舊課綱而言就是一種暫緩或撤銷，各黨團可以接受，吳思華也可以接受。1040804
